Alaska Budget Halo-Halo
Ingredients
10 g Green Nata de Coco
10 g Cream of corn
20 g White Sugar
10 g Red Monggo
10 g Ube halaya
20 g Minatamis na saba (any available)
15 g Leche Flan (any available)
75 g Alaska Evaporada
225 g Crushed Ice (any available)
Directions
In a cup, combine Sago, Nata de coco, Cream of Corn, Sugar, Monggo, minatgamis na saba , and macapuno
Add about a cup of crushed ice. Top with leche flan and ube halaya.
Pour about 1/4 cup of Alaska Evaporada and serve!
