This privacy policy applies only to the information indicated upon registering to our site. Hence, this policy does not apply to information that you submitted to the online platforms or websites of other companies link to EVER’s website.

This information includes your full name, company, e-mail address, contact number, IP address, and location or delivery and billing information if you create an account and purchase via Ever Website.

D. How will you Access or Edit your Personal Data

You may access or correct your name, e-mail address, company, addresses and contact number by logging in to your user account on the Website under “Your address” in “My Account” and clicking the “Edit” button under the default name.

E. To Withdraw Processing

If you wish to withdraw your consent for us to send you shopping cart updates or marketing and promotional information, you may unsubscribe by viewing your e-mail address inbox, find “Ever Supermarket” and click the “unsubscribe” button.

F. Data Retention

All personal information shall be retained up to the allowable maximum period as provided under applicable laws, rules and regulations unless you request for the deletion of your personal data in our systems, databases and hardcopies.  Once deleted, your personal data will be completely erased and no longer appear or be included in anonymous searches and will be completely removed from all the storage location.
