Ever Savers Club Loyalty Points Look Up




Be rewarded every time you shop at any branch of Ever Supermarket. Just visit our store and be a member of our Ever Savers Club Loyalty Card. Here’s how:

The Ever Savers Club Loyalty Card is a loyalty program that gives rewards to its members. Every purchase will earn points which can be converted to electronic reward or e-GC for use in their next purchase.

You can go to the Customer Service counter of any Ever Supermarket branch and fill up the Ever Savers Club application form.

1. Pay a membership fee of P150.00 or

2. Submit an accumulated Ever Supermarket tape receipts worth P4,000 within ninety (90) days prior to application.

Individuals aged 18 and above can apply for an Ever Savers Club loyalty card.

Your Ever Savers Club loyalty card will be issued within an hour. To claim the card, present a valid ID with a picture. Unclaimed cards within 30 days from application will be forfeited.

Present your loyalty card to the cashier during payment. Points will be earned in the following manner:

every Php200 cash purchase = 1 point

every Php400 charge purchase = 1 point

Please take note that points will be based on net purchase (less of all discounts).

You can only earn points for all groceries bought in Ever Supermarket. You do not earn points when you purchase using Ever Gift Certificate as mode of payment and for transactions with merchandise returns and exchange

Earned points will be reflected in your account for up to seven (7) days.

3. Inquire at the Customer Service counter of any Ever Supermarket branch

Yes. Inactive accounts of six (6) months (no purchases) will have your points forfeited. To avail of the membership privileges again, you may re-apply for a new Ever Savers Club card and start all over.

Unfortunately, no. Points are non-transferrable.

Loyalty points can be used to pay for your purchases at any Ever Supermarket check-out counter. A minimum balance of 10 points is needed to start redeeming e-GC rewards of P10 up to any amount.

1 point = Php1 redeemable e-GC

You may update us of any changes in your personal information by accomplishing the Edit Account form at any Ever Supermarket Customer Service. This way we can keep you informed of upcoming rewards and promotions.

To change or reset your PIN, visit any Ever Supermarket Customer Service.

Fill up the PIN Replacement form and present the loyalty card together with a valid ID with picture.

You can get a replacement card on your next visit to any Ever Supermarket branch. Just go to the Customer Service Counter and fill up the Lost/Damaged Card form.

You will be required to present a valid ID with picture and to pay P100 replacement fee. Remaining points from your lost card will be automatically transferred to your new card for up to seven (7) days.

You may go to the nearest Customer Service counter of any Ever Supermarket branch and surrender the card.

Our Customer Service personnel will check the condition of the card. If the damage is due to manufacturing defect, no fee will be charged for card replacement. The replacement fee of P100 will be charged if the physical damage (i.e., scratched, bent, etc.) is due to misuse and negligence on the part of the member.

You may go to the nearest Customer Service counter of any Ever Supermarket branch and surrender the card.

1. Loyalty points reflected in the Evers records should be considered correct.

2. The company reserves the right to cancel, change or restrict any aspect of the Loyalty Program anytime without notice.

3. Any abuse of the program, failure to allow any terms or any misrepresentation may subject members to membership revocation and will affect eligibility for further participation in the program.

4. Ever Savers Club points as reflected in Ever’s records shall be deemed correct and Ever reserves the right to determine the amount of points to be awarded for any transactions.

5. Ever Supermarket’s failure to enforce a particular term or condition does not constitute a waiver of that term or condition.

6. In the event that the program is terminated, members must use up their earned points within a 60-day period from date of termination.

7. Ever Savers Club Members are subject to these terms and conditions and have accepted such upon signing of the application form.
