Ever Savers Club Loyalty Points Look Up
Be rewarded every time you shop at any branch of Ever Supermarket. Just visit our store and be a member of our Ever Savers Club Loyalty Card. Here’s how:
The Ever Savers Club Loyalty Card is a loyalty program that gives rewards to its members. Every purchase will earn points which can be converted to electronic reward or e-GC for use in their next purchase.
a. Ever Savers Red Club
b. Ever Savers Platinum Club
a. For Ever Savers Red Club, you can go to the Customer Service counter of any Ever Supermarket branch and fill up the Ever Savers Club application form.
✔️ Pay a membership fee of ₱150.00 or
✔️ Submit an accumulated Ever Supermarket tape receipts worth P4,000 within ninety (90) days prior to application.
b. For Ever Savers Platinum Club:
✔️ You must be an active Ever Savers Club member with a cumulative spending of at least P100,000 within the one-year period (from April of the current year up to March of the following year, at Ever Supermarket. Your membership will be automatically upgraded as soon as you reach the spending requirement.
✔️ You have a one-time purchase of at least ₱100,000.00 and above at any Ever Supermarket branch.
Individuals aged 18 and above can apply for an Ever Savers Club loyalty card. Corporations, partnerships and/or other legal entities are not eligible to apply for the loyalty card.
a. Your Ever Savers Red Club will be issued within an hour at the customer service of the branch where you applied your membership. To claim the card, present a valid ID with a picture. Unclaimed cards within thirty (30) days from application will be forfeited.
b. To get your Ever Savers Platinum Club, visit the Customer Service Counter of Ever Supermarket branch once you received the notification of your membership upgrade via email. Or you can apply at the branch where you made your one-time purchase of at least ₱100,000.00 and above. You may get your card at the most two (2) weeks from the date of application. You will be notified of its availability via email. Present a valid ID and your Ever Savers Red Club, if you have an existing one. You can get the card for FREE.
By having this card, you will get the following perks:

✔️ Use of priority lane in any Ever Supermarket branch just by showing the card
Present your loyalty card to the cashier during payment. Points will be earned in the following manner:
a. Ever Savers Red Club:
every Php 300 cash purchase = 1 point
every Php 400 non-cash purchase = 1 point
b. Ever Savers Platinum Club:
every ₱200 cash purchase = 1 point
every ₱350 non-cash purchase = 1 point
You can only earn points for all groceries bought in Ever Supermarket. You do not earn points when you purchase using Ever Gift Certificate as mode of payment and for transactions with merchandise returns and exchange.
Earned points will be reflected in your account for up to seven (7) days.

Your Ever Savers Club points will not expire as long as there is 1 (one) valid earning or redemption activity within the following evaluation periods:
✔️ Two (2) years for Ever Savers Red Club
✔️ One (1) year for Ever Savers Platinum Club
a. For Ever Savers Red Club card, the points forfeiture evaluation period will depend on the date of the last activity within the specified two-year period.
b. For Ever Savers Platinum Club card, the points forfeiture evaluation period is after the succeeding cut-off. Unused points subject to forfeiture can still be redeemed ninety (90) days after the validity period stated on the card.

To avail of the membership privileges again, you may re-apply for a new Ever Savers Club card and start all over.
Yes, points earned using your Ever Savers Red Club card are automatically transferred to Ever Savers Platinum Club card in case your account will be upgraded. While points earned using your Ever Savers Platinum Club will be transferred back to your previous Ever Savers Red Club if the minimum transaction requirement is not met for the year.
Loyalty points can be used to pay for your purchases at any Ever Supermarket check-out counter. A minimum balance of 10 points is needed to start redeeming e-GC rewards of ₱10.00 up to any amount.

You may update your membership information in two (2) ways:
a. By scanning the QR posted at the store, which will redirect you to www.ever.ph. Accomplish the online application form to update your information.
b. By accomplishing the Edit Account form at any Ever Supermarket Customer Service.
This way we can keep you informed of upcoming rewards and promotions.
The validity of your membership for Ever Savers Red Club will depend on your card status if still active. Meaning, there is one valid earning of points or redemption within two (2) years.
If without any activity within the specified two-year period, your loyalty card will be subject to permanent termination and all your unredeemed loyalty points will be forfeited.
For Ever Savers Platinum Club, membership is valid for one (1) calendar year every April 1st of the current year until March 31st of the succeeding year.
If the purchase requirement for maintaining the platinum card is not met, you will be notified via e-mail that the card will be deactivated within seven (7) working days and that all points accumulated in the Platinum card will be transferred to your previous Red Card upon request.
EVER SAVERS Platinum membership will be automatically renewed provided that you maintain the annual minimum spending requirement of ₱100,000.00 at Ever Supermarket in the current calendar year. Your membership will be reviewed every April of the succeeding year.
You will be notified of your membership renewal via email.
Yes. To get your Ever Savers Platinum Club, visit the Customer Service Counter of Ever Supermarket branch once you received the notification via email.
You can cancel your Ever Savers Club membership by emailing evercs@ever.ph
To change or reset your PIN, visit any Ever Supermarket Customer Service.
Fill up the PIN Replacement form and present the loyalty card together with a valid ID with picture.
You can get a replacement card on your next visit to any Ever Supermarket branch. Just go to the Customer Service Counter and fill up the Lost/Damaged Card form.
You will be required to present a valid ID with picture and to pay P100 replacement fee. Remaining points from your lost card will be automatically transferred to your new card for up to seven (7) days.
You may go to the nearest Customer Service counter of any Ever Supermarket branch and surrender the card.
Our Customer Service personnel will check the condition of the card. If the damage is due to manufacturing defect, no fee will be charged for card replacement. The replacement fee of P100 will be charged if the physical damage (i.e., scratched, bent, etc.) is due to misuse and negligence on the part of the member.
The replacement card will depend on its type:
Ever Savers Red Club card will be issued within an hour at the customer service of the branch where you processed the replacement.
You may get the replacement of your Ever Savers Club Platinum Card at least two (2) weeks after it has been reported for replacement. You will be notified and informed to go to the Customer Service Counter of the branch where you processed the replacement.

1. Ever Savers Club Loyalty points reflected in Ever Supermarket’s records should be considered correct.
2. The company reserves the right to cancel, change or restrict any aspect of the Loyalty Program anytime without notice.
3. Any abuse of the program, failure to allow any terms or any misrepresentation may subject members to membership revocation and will affect eligibility for further participation in the program.
4. Ever reserves the right to determine the amount of points to be awarded for any transactions.
5. Ever Supermarket’s failure to enforce a particular term or condition does not constitute a waiver of that term or condition.
6. In the event that the program is terminated, members must use up their earned points within a 60-day period from date of termination.
7. Ever Savers Club Members are subject to these terms and conditions and have accepted such upon signing of the application form.
