Here are Frequently Asked Questions about our services:

You can create your account by going to www.ever.ph by registering your email address. You can also register using your Facebook or Google account.

All products on our website are sold at the same price as our offline store.

We will accept orders for a low minimum of P500 only.

Availability of item/s is based on the branch where your order will be processed. We recommend filling up your delivery address first and indicating the landmark before selecting the items so we could reflect accurately what items are available online for you.

We can offer a substitute item if an item becomes unavailable after you check out. You can find a dropdown button beside the item added to your cart to indicate if you want us to offer you any alternatives available in our store. If you want us to delete the item from your order in case it is unavailable, just choose “no substitution” from the dropdown menu.

In some cases, Ever Supermarket will be forced to set a purchase limit on the quantity per product due to the government-mandated limits.

Most products, depending on size will be packed in brown paper bags, carton box or reusable plastic bags depending upon the requirement of your city. Our reusable eco-bags are in compliance with the city ordinance and can be bought upon check-out.

Unfortunately, orders are final after checkout. Once you checked out your order, we are unable to add additional items. We recommend placing another order again.

If you need to cancel your order after online check-out, please inform our Customer Service Support at Facebook Messenger. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, we cannot guarantee the cancellation if the order fulfillment process had already started. If you cancel after the order has been processed, you may be charged a fee for the perishable items in your order.

Yes, these items are available on our online store. Due to government regulations, please submit a picture of your government-issued ID indicating your date of birth to the store’s Facebook Messenger account so we can verify your age. We do not serve alcoholic beverages and cigarettes to minors.

For bulk or volume orders, we may require additional time to fulfill your order and a down payment. Please also note that cancellation is not possible for bulk orders. Our Customer Service team will reach out for order confirmation of bulk orders.

We deliver to areas within 5km of our stores. Delivery areas will be updated from time-to-time as we continue to expand our service.

Currently, these branches will be serving your online orders: Ever Commonwealth (Quezon City), Ever Pinagbuhatan (Pasig), Ever Sucat (Paranaque), Ever Yuseco (Manila).

Please input a landmark nearest to your address in the “optional” field in Shipping Address during checkout for easy navigation.

There is a flat fee of P150 per delivery. For the safety of our riders, orders are required to have a maximum weight of 20KG and fit into a 50.8x38x50.8cm container. Orders exceeding the weight and size limit will have additional shipping fees.

We deliver the same day from 2pm up to 8pm including weekends and public holidays once you place an order by 1pm. Orders received after 1pm can be delivered the following day at the earliest. Our store will get in touch with you via Facebook Messenger 1 to 2 hours before the delivery to confirm your order.

Our delivery hours are from 11 AM to 8 PM daily, including weekends and public holidays. Same day order cut off is at 1pm. Slots are available for the next 3 days. Delivery slots are as follows:

• 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm (ordered within the same day)

• 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm (ordered within the same day)

• 11:00 am to 2:00 pm the next day (if order is placed after 1pm)


We partner with third-party couriers and they expect our customers to receive the delivery within 10 minutes upon arrival at your doorstep. Delivery slots are estimates only and delays can occur. This is subject to the availability of drivers and traffic/route/weather conditions. We will inform you accordingly if there is a delay.

Yes, you can pay cash for both store pick-ups and online deliveries to your chosen location. Our delivery partner will collect cash on delivery (COD). Please note that our delivery partner can accept COD for purchases up to P2,000 only. For orders above P2,000, we accept online payments.

Yes, we accept debit and credit cards payment for Visa, Mastercard and JCB. We also accept payment through GCash and Paymaya QR.

For credit card payments, the amount shown upon checkout will be authorized but not actually charged. This means that your issuing bank will set aside the authorized amount until we confirm the final amount which will be based on the tape receipt that will be attached to your order upon delivery. This is to accommodate changes in your order due to out-of-stock or substitute items. If the final amount is less than the authorized amount, the difference between the two amounts will be released by your issuing bank. This may take 7 to 30 days depending on the bank. If the final amount is bigger than the authorized amount, you will need to pay the difference via the email link we will send you upon order confirmation.

For GCash or Paymaya payment, we will confirm the final amount with you first before sending you the QR code for payment prior to delivery.

For the COD option, there is a maximum of P2,000 accepted by our delivery partner.

There is no purchase amount limit for GCash, Paymaya, and credit card payments for online deliveries. The maximum amount to be purchased using e-wallets and credit cards will depend on the available balance of your e-wallets and credit card limit respectively.

For in store pick up, there is no maximum amount.

If you think you are mistakenly charged with an incorrect amount, please contact our Customer Service from the branch you ordered from.

We cannot offer the Senior Citizen / PWD discount. Currently, there is no policy in place for senior citizen discounts applied to online transactions. Nevertheless, we will abide with government regulations should this be updated.

Currently, you can input your Ever Savers Loyalty Club number to earn points for your online purchases. However, you can only redeem or use points for store pick-ups at the moment.

If you are not satisfied and want to return and exchange your item, you may do so physically in our store provided that item is still within 7 days for non-perishable items and within 24 hours for perishable items. Items to be returned must be in good condition and still in its original packaging accompanied by original Ever sale transaction receipt.

Items can only be returned or exchanged in the store where the items were originally purchased.

For orders paid using e-wallets or credit cards, the refund is processed within one to two weeks.
