Before processing your order, the store will contact you (thru FB Messenger, Email or Viber) and request the following documents:

1. Scanned copy or picture of his/her Office of the Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA) I.D. / PWD. I.D (issued by the National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA)) or ANY government-issued I.D. (e.g. Philippine Passport, Driver’s License, Voter’s I.D., UMID, etc.)
2. Scanned copy or picture of his/her Senior Citizen / PWD purchase booklet (Front page and last entry page of the purchase booklet)
3. *Authorization Letter (If the name reflected on the order does not match the name reflected on the ID/Booklet)
4. Scanned copy/picture of Valid ID of the representative
