Before placing an order and/or accessing the services herein set forth, kindly read the terms and conditions below. By accessing, ordering or shopping for any items in this site and/or using the services provided herein, you acknowledge that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions that governs the use of this site.
1. About Ever Supermarket
Ever Plus Superstore Inc., hereby referred to as Ever Supermarket (“EVER”), is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines with principal office address at 2nd Floor 1129 Natividad Lopez Street, Ermita, Manila 1000.
Log in to your registered account in EVER. Click the item/s that you will order. The minimum amount for online orders or purchases is Php500.00. Bulk or volume orders shall be subject to prior confirmation of EVER staff and payment of corresponding down payment. When ordering, please tick the dropdown button beside the item added to cart to indicate if you want EVER to offer an alternative item (if the item/s chosen is/are not available) in the branch selected or if you prefer to delete the item from your order in case it is unavailable. Please check your orders before clicking the “Checkout” button. Once you check out your order, any additional items to be purchased will be subject of a new order.
If you need to cancel your order after checking out, please inform our Customer Service Support via Facebook Messenger of the branch you ordered from as soon as possible. While EVER will try its best to accommodate your request, EVER however do not guarantee the cancellation if the order fulfillment process has started. Any request for cancellation of order for perishable goods after the order has been processed shall be charged accordingly.
3. Prices and Availability of items
Prices of items sold online are the same with the prices in the offline store. EVER reserves the right to change these prices anytime, without prior notice. In order to determine the availability of item/s, please indicate your delivery address and landmark before ordering. Availability of item/s will be based on the branch where your order will be processed. Limitations to the quantity of orders per day shall depend on the restrictions imposed by the government. Bulk or volume orders shall be subject to prior confirmation of EVER staff and payment of corresponding down payment,
EVER accepts cash or online payments both for pick-up and online deliveries. Purchase limit or payments for Cash on Delivery options is up to Php2,000.00 only.
Online payments using credit or debit cards for Visa, Mastercard, and JCB, GCash and Maya QR and in-store pick-up, shall have no purchase limit. However, the maximum amount to be purchased using e-wallets and credit card will depend on your available credit limit.
For card payments, the amount shown upon checkout will be authorized but will not be actually charged. This means that your issuing bank will set aside the authorized amount until the final amount is confirmed based on the tape receipt that will be attached to your order upon delivery. This is to accommodate changes in your order due to out-of-stock or substitute items. If the final amount is less than the authorized amount, the difference between the two amounts will be released by the issuing bank. If the final amount is bigger than the authorized amount, you will need to pay the difference via the email link that will be emailed to you upon order confirmation. Any changes with or adjustments with the payment may take 5-15 days.
The time it takes for your funds to be released is determined by your issuing bank's policies, and we strongly advise you to contact your issuing bank if your refund has not been returned to your account within the time frame specified above. Please keep in mind that the standard refund time frame refers to the bank's reversal process, not EVER.
For payments made via GCash or Maya, please confirm the final amount that will be sent to you. The QR Code will be emailed prior to delivery of the items.
5. Receipt and/or Invoice
Receipt and/or invoice will be provided to you once the item/s ordered are picked-up or delivered the designated address.
In line with the amended JMC 22-01, S.2022, a discount for Senior Citizen / Person with Disability (PWD) will be available on online purchases. To avail of the discount, the Senior Citizen / PWD prior to check-out of the order must declare that he/she is a Senior Citizen / PWD. Upon confirmation of order/s, the Senior Citizen / PWD must provide the following:
- Scanned copy or picture of his/her Office of the Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA) I.D. / PWD. I.D (issued by the National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA)) or ANY government-issued I.D. (e.g. Philippine Passport, Driver’s License, Voter’s I.D., UMID, etc.)
- Scanned copy or picture of his/her Senior Citizen / PWD purchase booklet (Front page and last entry page of the purchase booklet)
- *Authorization Letter (If the name reflected on the order does not match the name reflected on the ID/Booklet)
- Scanned copy/picture of Valid ID of the representative
*If the name of the person reflected on the order is not the person in the letter, he/she will not be allowed to avail of the Senior / PWD discount.
Failure to declare and/or provide the above-mentioned requirement means the Senior Citizen / PWD will not be allowed to avail of the discount.
Points earned through the EVER Safety Loyalty Club cannot be used for online purchases. However, you can redeem the points for store pick-ups.
8. Pick-up and Deliveries
Item/s for pick-up can be picked-up anytime during store hours according to the time slot chosen upon checkout. Just present your valid ID and proof of payment, if necessary.
For deliveries, item/s will be delivered to the address and landmark indicated in the delivery address. EVER delivers in areas within the radius of Six (6) kilometers from our physical store. At present, deliveries for online orders are available only in the following branches: EVER Commonwealth (Quezon City), EVER Pinagbuhatan (Pasig City), EVER Sucat (Paranaque City), EVER Yuseco (Manila), EVER Baesa (Quezon City), EVER Bangkal (Makati City), EVER Roces (Quezon City), EVER Santolan (Pasig City), EVER Polo (Valenzuela City), EVER 10th Ave (Caloocan City), EVER Kaybiga (Caloocan City), EVER Maligaya (Caloocan City), EVER Parang (Marikina City), EVER Pateros (Pateros City) and EVER Pearl Drive (Quezon City). Delivery areas will be updated from time-to-time as we continue to expand our service.
Delivery hours are from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily. Cut off for orders is at 1:00 p.m. You may choose from among the following delivery slots:
- 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (ordered within the same day)
- 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (ordered within the same day)
- 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. the next day (if order is placed after 1:00 p.m.)
Note, however, that delivery slots are estimates only. Deliveries may be delayed due to unavailability of third-party riders, traffic, weather conditions, and other unavoidable circumstances beyond EVER’s control. Rest assured that our Customer Service will inform you accordingly of the status of your order/s before and during delivery. You can also track your order online by clicking “View your Order” in the email that will be sent to you. You may also receive shipping updates through SMS that will be sent to your registered mobile number.
There is a flat rate delivery fee of Php100.00 per delivery. For the safety of our delivery partners, orders are required to have a maximum of 20 kilograms and fit into a 50.8 x 38 x 50.8 cm container. Orders beyond these measurements will be charged additional shipping fees.
Ensure that you are home during the selected delivery slot. Otherwise, please leave an authorization letter to your representative together with a copy of your valid identification card, if your order has been paid using your GCash, Maya, or credit/debit cards.
If you selected Cash on Delivery, please leave exact amount to your representative. The courier, however, reserves the right not to release the item to a minor for restricted items such as cigarette and alcoholic beverages. If the delivery is unsuccessful on the ground that no one is available to receive the order, EVER shall charge you for another delivery fee for the second delivery.
EVER shall not be liable for missing items once the orders have been received by you or your representative.
9. Item Replacement/Returns/Exchange
Please do not hesitate to contact us for returns, replacements or exchanges of items.
Returns, replacements or exchanges of items will be accepted by our physical store (where items were originally purchased) within 24 hours for perishable items and 7 days for non-perishable items. Provided that the items are in good condition, original packaging and accompanied by original EVER sale transaction receipt. Returns or exchanges of items shall be made in accordance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations.
If, for any reason, the item to be replaced is no longer available, you may also opt to request for refund equivalent to the price of the item. For orders paid using e-wallets or credit cards, the processing of refund is from one to two weeks.
