Alaska No Bake Creamy Tres Leches Cake

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Alaska Classic Sweetened Condensed Filled Milk for whipping cream

    • Alaska Sweetened Condensed Filled Milk 300ml
    • Alaska Classic Sweetened Condensed Filled Milk 160ml

    1 can Alaska Classic Evaporated Filled Milk 370mL

    • Alaska Evaporated Filled Milk 370ml
    • Alaska Evaporated Filled Milk 154ml

    1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

    • McCormick Vanilla Extract 20ml

    8 pcs Mamon cake

    • Monde Special Mamon Classic 6x43g
    • Monde Special Mamon Classic 12x43g
    • Monde Special Mamon Mini Classic 8x23g
    • Marby Mini Mamon Special 70g

    1 1/2 pack Alaska Créma All-Purpose Cream 250mL chilled

    • Alaska Crema All Purpose Cream 250ml
    • Alaska Crema All Purpose Cream 135ml

    Your choice of sliced fruit

      Directions

      1. In a large bowl, whip the chilled Alaska Créma All-Purpose Cream until peaks form. Fold in ½ cup of Alaska Classic Condensed Filled Milk into the whipped cream. Refrigerate until ready to use.

      2. In a medium bowl, combine ½ cup of Alaska Classic Condensed Filled Milk, Alaska Classic Evaporated Filled Milk and ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract.

      3. Cut 1 mamon in quarters and the rest in halves. Arrange the mamon to fill up an 8in pan. Pour the milk mixture over the mamon layer and let it absorb the milk. Spread the cream mixture from earlier and pour to cover the cake. Chill overnight to let the cake set.

      4. Once ready to serve, top the cake with your choice of fruit. Enjoy fresh from the chiller.
