    Directions

    1. Fry CDO Sweet Ham in a pan with oil. Set aside.

    2. Butter loaf bread slices on both sides. Toast in a pan or in a toaster

    3. Whisk together egg and milk in a bowl. Fry the egg while continuously mixing until it sets. Transfer to a container and set aside.

    4. Construct the Ham and Egg drop sandwich by layering toast, mayonnaise, ham, egg, ketchup, and toast.

    5. Wrap in a parchment paper and sprinkle with parsley on top.
