CDO Sweet Ham & Egg Drop Sandwich

Ingredients

    CDO Sweet Ham

    • CDO Classic Sweet Ham 250g
    • CDO Classic Cooked Ham 250g

    6 slices Loaf Bread

    • Gardenia White Bread Classic Loaf 600g

    3 tbsp Butter, softened

    • Magnolia Butter Gold Salted 225g

    3 pcs Cheese Slices

    • Eden Cheese Original 160g

    6 pcs Egg

    • Bounty Fresh Eggs Premium Large 12s

    ¼ cup Milk

    • Nestle Fresh Milk UHT 1L

    3 tbsp Ketchup

    • UFC Tamis Anghang Banana Catsup 320g

    3 tbsp Mayonnaise

    • Ladys Choice Real Mayonnaise Pouch 220ml

    1 tbsp Parsley

    • Arbi's Dried Parsley 20g

    2 tbsp Oil

    • Jay-Jay's Palm Oil 1L

    Directions

    1. Fry CDO Sweet Ham in a pan with oil. Set aside.
    2. Butter loaf bread slices on both sides. Toast in a pan or in a toaster
    3. Whisk together egg and milk in a bowl. Fry the egg while continuously mixing until it sets. Transfer to a container and set aside.
    4. Construct the Ham and Egg drop sandwich by layering toast, mayonnaise, ham, egg, ketchup, and toast.
    5. Wrap in a parchment paper and sprinkle with parsley on top.
