    • Magnolia Cream Cheese 1kg

    • Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese Block 250g

    • Eden Cream Cheese 225g

    • Eden Cream Cheese Tub 140g

    • Hershey's Kitchen Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips 12oz

    • Goya Easy Melt Dark Chocolate Buttons 180g

    • Coles Sliced Almonds 150g

    • Coles Whole Almonds 150g

    Directions

    1. Crush 24 pieces of Cream-O Cookies in a zip lock bag with a rolling pin until fine.

    2. Soften ½ cup cream cheese with a forkuntil it reaches spreadable consistency.

    3. Mix the Cream-O cookie crumbs andcream cheese with a spoon until there areno more visible crumbs and you can forma ball without the crumbs falling off.

    4. Form 1-inch balls using your hands andplace on a tray lined with wax paper.

    5. Line up the balls in a tray and chill for 1 hour.

    6. Simmer water in a half-filled medium pan.

    7. Place stainless steel bowl on pan.

    8. Melt 2⅓ choco chips in the bowl whileslowly mixing. Do not leave unattended asit can burn easily.

    9. Dip chilled Cream-O balls into the meltedchocolate using a spoon and fork.

    10. Push the balls on a wax paper lined tray soit stays in place.

    11. Decorate the chocolate-covered balls immediately with toppings.

    12. Chill for at least 15 minutes or until shellhardens.
