3/4 tbsp Butter, softened
2 pcs thick sliced white bread
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce
1/4 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 slices Ham
1 slices cheese singles
1.5 pcs Eggs
1.5 sachets of Maggi Magic Sarap
1/2 tsp NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada
1/4 tbsp thinly sliced spring onion
Directions
Lightly spread 2 tbsp of butter on bread slices and toast until light golden brown. Set aside.
Mix 2 tbsp of mayonnaise and sriracha hot sauce. Lightly spread on the inside of the toasted bread.
Lightly sauté ham in oil. Place on top or the bread with the cheese.
Beat and season eggs with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Melt butter in a nonstick pan and pour eggs. Cook until barely set. Place on top of the ham to assemble the sandwich.
Mix remaining 2 tbsp of mayonnaise and NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada. Drizzle on top of the egg. Top with spring onion and serve.
