Oreo Brownies

Ingredients

    2 cups (500 mL) sugar

    • Oreo Original Sandwich Cookies 119.6g

    3/4 cup (175 mL) butter, melted

    • Oreo Chocolate Creme Sandwich Cookies 9x27.6g

    1 pkg. (4 oz/115 g) unsweetened baking chocolate, melted

    • Oreo Original Sandwich Cookies 9x27.6g

    4 eggs

    • Victoria Refined Sugar 1/2kg

    1 tsp 95 mL) vanilla

    • Sunshine Fresh Egg Mixed Size 12s

    1 1/4 cups (300 mL) flour

    • Magnolia All Purpose Flour 400g

    12 OREO Cookies, chopped, divided

    • Magnolia Butterlicious Unsalted 200g
    • McCormick Vanilla Extract 20ml

    Directions

    1. Heat oven to 350 F (180 C.). Spray 13x9 inch

      (33x23 cm) pan with cooking spray.

    2. Mix sugar, butter and melted chocolate

      in large bowl until blended. Add eggs

      and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in flour until

      blended.

    3. Stir in 1 cup (250 ml) chopped cookies;

      spread onto bottom of prepared pan.

      Sprinkle with remaining chopped cookies.

    4. Bake 30 to 35 min. or until toothpick

      inserted in center comes out with fudgy

      crumbs. (Do not cool completely.)
