2 cups (500 mL) sugar
3/4 cup (175 mL) butter, melted
1 pkg. (4 oz/115 g) unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
4 eggs
1 tsp 95 mL) vanilla
1 1/4 cups (300 mL) flour
12 OREO Cookies, chopped, divided
Directions
Heat oven to 350 F (180 C.). Spray 13x9 inch
(33x23 cm) pan with cooking spray.
Mix sugar, butter and melted chocolate
in large bowl until blended. Add eggs
and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in flour until
blended.
Stir in 1 cup (250 ml) chopped cookies;
spread onto bottom of prepared pan.
Sprinkle with remaining chopped cookies.
Bake 30 to 35 min. or until toothpick
inserted in center comes out with fudgy
crumbs. (Do not cool completely.)
