Oreo Brownies
Ingredients
2 cups (500 mL) sugar
3/4 cup (175 mL) butter, melted
1 pkg. (4 oz/115 g) unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
4 eggs
1 tsp 95 mL) vanilla
1 1/4 cups (300 mL) flour
12 OREO Cookies, chopped, divided
Directions
Heat oven to 350 F (180 C). Spray 13x9 inch (33x23 cm) pan with cooking spray.
Mix sugar, butter and melted chocolate in large bowl until blended. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Stir in flour until blended.
Stir in 1 cup (250 ml) chopped cookies; spread onto bottom of prepared pan. Sprinkle with remaining chopped cookies.
Bake 30 to 35 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgycrumbs. (Do not cool completely).
