Pinaputok na Tilapia

Ingredients

    1-2 sachets 8g MAGGI® Magic Sarap®

    • Maggi Magic Sarap All In One Seasoning Granules 16x8g

    1 kilogram Tilapia fish, cleaned and scored (any available)

      30g 1 sachet Oyster Sauce

      • Datu Puti Oysterrific Oyster Sauce 30g

      1- small onion, chopped

      • Yesha Onion Red 250g

      2 gloves garlic, minced

      • Yesha Garlic 250g

      1/2 thumb-sized ginger, minced

      • Yesha Organic Ginger 250g

      Square Banana Leaf (any available)

        1 table spoon Vegetable Oil

        • UFC Golden Fiesta Palm Oil 950ml

        Directions

        1. Season tilapia with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®.

        2. Combine MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, onion, tomato, garlic and ginger.

        3. Mix well and stuff the tilapia with the tomato mixture.

        4. Brush banana leaf with vegetable oil and place tilapia on top.

        5. Wrap tilapia with banana leaf.

        6. Wrap and seal tightly with aluminum foil.​

        7. Grill for 10mins per side. Remove from aluminum foil, transfer on a serving plate and serve with preferred dipping sauce.​
