Ingredients

    2 Tbsp soy sauce

    • Datu Puti Soy Sauce PET 1L

    1 cup  Ketchup (320g)

    • UFC Tamis Angas Spicy Banana Catsup 320g

    1 Tbsp hot sauce, optional

    • Silver Swan Hot Sauce 100g

    2 Tbsp oil

    • UFC Hapi Fiesta Vegetable Oil Plastic Container 900ml

    500 g hotdog, sliced diagonally

    • Purefoods Tender Juicy Hotdog Classic 1kg
    • Purefoods Tender Juicy Hotdog Classic 500g

    1/2 cup onion, thinly sliced

    • Yesha Onion Red 250g

    1/2 cup bell pepper, cut into chunks

    • Yesha Bell Pepper Red 250g

    1/3 cup margarine

    • Dari Creme Classic 200g

    2 pc siling haba, sliced diagonally

    • Yesha Sili Pang Sigang 90g-100g

    Directions

    1. Mix soy sauce, Catsup and hot sauce in a bowl. Set aside.

    2. In a pan, saute hotdog in oil for 1 minute. Add onion and bell pepper and saute for another 2 minutes.

    3. Pour the sauce mixture and mix with hotdog, then add margarine. Pour in sizzling plate, garnish with siling haba.
