2 cloves minced garlic (any available)
1 tsp. minced onion (any available)
1/4 cup ground pork (any available)
4 tbsps. Silver Swan Soy Sauce
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Silver Swan Vinegar
1/2 tsp. grated ginger (any available)
1 pc. egg
1 cup cooked rice
1/4 sachet Wow Sarap All-in-One Seasoning Granules
2 tbsps. minced carrots (any available)
1/2 cup chopped water spinach or kangkong (stalks included) (any available)
Spring onions (any available)
Heat the oil in a pan over high heat.
Saute the garlic, onion, and carrot. Add the ground pork and mix until golden brown. Add the scrambled egg and rice then season with Wow Sarap All-in-One seasoning Granules.
In a separate bowl, combine the sugar, grated ginger, Silver Swan Vinegar & Silver Swan Soy Sauce.
Pour the mixture into the rice, stir fry for 2-3 minutes or until the sauce is evenly distributed.
Mix in spinach (stalks included) & spring onions. Serve and enjoy.
