Masarap Masaya basta't Datu Puti
Ingredients
1/2 cup Hapi Fiesta Vegatable Oil (for sauteing and frying)
1 pc small onion, chopped
1/4 tsp Ground Pepper
1/100 Iodizes Salt (to taste)
1/2 kg pork liempo, cut into 4 slices

Mrs. Garcia's Pork Belly Liempo 450g Frozen Packed
1 cup tokwa, cubed
4 cups water (any available)
2 tbsp Datu Puti Patis Flavor
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 cups Datu Puti Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Datu Puti White Vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
1 pc siling labuyo, chopped
1 bulb red and green bell pepper each
Directions
Season pork liempo with salt and pepper. Fry in oil until golden brown. Set aside. Fry tokwa until golden brown. Set aside.
Boil pork ears with water, fish sauce, and garlic until meat is tender. Drain and cut into cubes.
Combine sauce ingredients. Mix well.
Combine pork, tokwa, and sauce. Serve.
