Vitasoy Plus Milky 1L

Nongshim Shin Ramyun Spicy Instant Noodle Soup Pouch 120g

UFC Hapi Fiesta Vegetable Oil Plastic Container 1L

Jolly Whole Mushrooms Easy Open Can 400g
2 cups Vitasoy Plus Milky
1 pack Korean instant soup noodles
1 tbsp. White Onion, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
Optional:
1 tsp. Spring Onion, chopped
2 tbsp. Button Mushrooms, sliced
Handfull cabbage, chopped thinly
Directions
Fill 3/4 of a small pot with water and let it boil. Place your instant noodles and let it cook for 5 minutes or until tender. Remove from water using a strainer and set aside.
On low fire, saute minced garlic and onion with oil. Make sure not to burn the garlic.
Toss in seasoning mix and saute for anotherm inute. Add in your optional ingredients.
Pour in Vitasoy Plus Milky and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Remove from heat and toss in your cooked noodles. Mix well.
You may opt to garnish with chopped spring onions on top. Serve hot.
