Vitasoy Milky Special Chicken Pastel

Vitasoy Plus Milky 1L
Anchor Butter Unsalted 227g
Datu Puti Patis PET 350ml

1 cup Vitasoy Plus Milky
1/2 kg chicken fillet, cubed
1/2 kg chicken liver, cubed
1 chorizo, sliced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 red pepper, diced
1 can chicken sausage, sliced
1/2 cup frozen green peas
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1-2 pcs instant puff pastry (optional)
Pinch of black pepper
On a frying pan over medium heat, fry sausage and chorizo for 3-5 minutes until flavor and oil comes out. Do not throw away the oil used here. Set aside.
On a sauté pan, toss in garlic, onion, red bell pepper in oil and butter. Add your oil from step 1 as well.
Add chicken, liver, fish sauce, and seasonings. Cook for 3-5 minutes until slightly brown.
Add Vitasoy Plus Milky, potatoes, carrots, and let it simmer.
5. Lastly, add the sausage, chorizo and green peas. And cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Using a store-bought puff pastry sheet, place your Chicken pastel on your chosen deep dish then cover it with the puff pastry, locking the sides, then brush with egg wash and bake at 350F for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.
