Shop by Recipe Contest: Mother’s Day

  1. The contest is valid at all Ever Supermarket stores from April 25 to May 8, 2022.
  2. To participate in the contest, customers must purchase at least one participating item and accomplish the provided virtual application form. A coupon will generate as confirmation. 
  3. The online application form will require the participant’s name, Ever Supermarket branch, address, contact no, a short overview of why they chose to replicate their submitted recipe, and a photo of the participant holding their finished recipe. The participant must replicate at least one (1) from the Nine (9) qualifying recipes provided by Ever Supermarket (see list below). Application forms can be scanned via QR code at the customer service or customers can simply register entry at https://ever.ph/pages/promos.

  1. UFC Sweet & Sour Chicken
  2. Datu Puti Daing na Bangus w/Adobo Rice
  3. Presto Peanut Butter Cups
  4. Oishi Ube Pillows Milk Jelly
  5. Bear Brand Fortified Creamy Polvoron
  6. Vitasoy Milky Korean Ramyeon
  7. Maggi Fish Sarciado
  8. San Marino Spanish-Style Corned Tuna Meatballs
  9. Tang Fruity K-Milk Drink

 

  1. Only one (1) winner per recipe will be selected. A total of Nine (9) winners will win a brand new Videoke package. 
  1. Storage of accomplished entries will be in Ever Supermarket’s website database. Extraction of entries will be in the presence of a DTI representative. The deadline for submission of application forms is on May 8, 2021, at 11:00 pm.
  2. Winners will be determined by the assigned judges of Ever Supermarket along with a DTI representative on May 10, 2021, at 1:00pm. 

In case of a tie, the judges will re-evaluate those with similar scores to decide who wins. The decision of the judges with the concurrence of DTI is final.

Criteria for judging will be:

Similarity to the sample recipe
Ingredients & execution mirroring.

  1. Winners will be notified via registered mail and contact details. Winner must present the following:
  2. At least one (1) valid ID to claim his/her prize
  3. At least one (1) valid receipt & coupon entry during the promo period
  4. A finished product of their submitted recipe & a short video of the making process
  5. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days after the receipt of the notification will be forfeited in favor of Ever Supermarket with approval of DTI.
  6. Employees of Ever Supermarket, its authorized participating distributors, partners and stores, their agencies – including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity – are disqualified to join the raffle promo.
  7. In case of dispute, the decision of Ever Supermarket with the concurrence of DTI shall prevail.
