PROMO MECHANICS
1. Promo is valid at all Ever Supermarket stores from April 1 to May 15, 2024.
2. For every P2,000 spend of participating items in a single receipt at any Ever Supermarket branch, the customer is entitled to one (1) coupon which will be generated at the POS cashier lane attached to the customer’s receipt. If the receipt of the customer is more than P2,000, the excess can generate another coupon following the minimum purchase.
Ex: P2000 = 1 coupon
P3,999 = 1 coupon
P4000 = 2 coupons
3. To join the raffle, customer must register and upload his/her transaction receipt details at ever.ph/pages/promos or scan the QR code using their smart phones. Deadline of submission of entries is until May 15, 2024 at 11:59pm.

4. Determination of winner: Electronic raffle draw will be held on May 24, 2024 at Ever Supermarket Head Office located at Manila Real Residences, 1129 Natividad Lopez St., Ermita, Manila in the presence of a DTI Representative.
5. Prizes for the raffle are:
a. Major prizes: Three (3) winners of staycation for 2 in Forest Crest Nature and Hotel Resort. (2 days 1 night)
b. Minor prizes: One hundred sixty five (165) winners of 16in Dowell Desk Fan (3 winners each branch)
*Prize tax will be shouldered by Ever Supermarket & its sponsors.
6. A customer can only win once. If a customer is drawn MORE THAN ONCE, the winner WILL GET THE PRIZE OF HIGHER VALUE.
7. The winner will be notified via registered contact details (email, registered mail & mobile no). Redemption is valid until 60 days after receipt of notification; otherwise, prizes will be forfeited in favor of Ever Supermarkets, with approval from DTI. All winners must present the at least two (2) valid ID to claim his/her prize with proof of registered mailing address upon redemption.
8. Where to claim the prizes:
a. Winners can claim their prizes at the branch where they made their transaction entries
9. Prizes are not convertible to cash but transferrable.
10. Employees of Ever Supermarket, its partners, agency, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
