Ingredients
50 grams CDO Karne Norte Classic
- CDO Karne Norte Classic 260g
- CDO Karne Norte Classic 100g
- CDO Karne Norte Classic 175g
- CDO Karne Norte Classic 150g
2 tbsps. vegetable oil
- UFC Hapi Fiesta Vegetable Oil Plastic Container 900ml
2 tbsps. onions, minced
1 cup fresh milk
- Nestle Fresh Milk UHT 1L
3 cups Danes Classic Cheese, grated
3 cups elbow macaroni, cooked
- Fiesta Elbow Macaroni 400g
1/4 cup butter
- Magnolia Butterlicious 200g
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a sauce pan, sauté onions and CDO Karne Norte.
Stir in fresh milk, half of the Danes Classic Cheese, and butter. Season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer.
Toss macaroni into the sauce. Mix well.
Transfer to a serving casserole. Sprinkle with the remaining Danes Classic Cheese and parsley. Serve hot.
