5 pcs Purefoods Tender Juicy Classic
1/4 cup Star Margarine Garlic 100g or Classic
2 pcs Eggs, beaten
1/8 cup (24g) Frozen mixed vegetable
5 pcs store-bought 12-inch flour tortillas (large)
5 cups Cooked Rice
Directions
In a pan, melt 3 tablespoons margarine, Stir fry rice until well coated.
Make a well in the center of the rice and add eggs, cook scrambled and mix until well distributed. Add vegetables and cook for 2 more minutes. Set a side.
Cook hotdogs in remaining margarine. Set a side.
Assemble by placing a cup of the mixture at the bottom part of the wrap. Put a hotdog in the middle of the rice mixture. Fold the sides to seal and roll.
